About Us
The NHCs’ President, Director, CEO, and Divine Ruler is putting the “Hugh” in the Humanities. After being the first manatee to earn full professor at Texas A&M, Dr. Hugh the Manatee held several administrative positions at mediocre public universities before joining the NHCs.
